How it works

From plain-English answers to a clear next step

Tell us about your business in a guided chat, choose how deep to go, and read your report in your own workspace. Then act on it, on your own or with a Business Advisor.

The process

Three steps, start to finish

You start from what you already know. The diagnostic does the structuring.

01

Get set up

Get a demo and we open your workspace. It runs in your browser, with nothing to install.

02

Answer in plain English

A guided chat asks about your business. Skip any question you cannot answer. If your company is registered, its public Companies House record goes into the analysis too.

03

Read it, then act

Your report ends with what to do next. Export a PDF, share a private link, or send it to a local Business Advisor from your workspace.

Three levels

Go as deep as you need

Start small and go deeper when you are ready. Your answers carry forward, so a deeper level only asks what is new.

Snapshot: 2 to 3 min

Your company record, how you compare with competitors, how demand in your market is moving, support that may be open to you, and what to do next.

Medium Touch: 4 to 6 min

Adds your health score, worked out from 12 weighted factors, plus SWOT, PESTEL, a business model canvas, a growth plan, funding readiness and a check against 62 rules and duties. Social enterprises get their 4 impact and governance sections here.

Intense: 7 to 10 min

The fullest read. Extra questions on intellectual property, your online presence, trade and business continuity sharpen every section, and social enterprises get a full social investment readiness score.
